General Terms

It is solely the Member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The Member is fully responsible for all activities carried out from their account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3.1 Identity Verification Process (KYC)

bd1tk may request the following documents from a Member at any time to verify their identity:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method
• Selfie or live photo verification

Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until identity verification is complete. This process is in place to ensure Member security and platform integrity.

3.2 Playing on Behalf of a Third Party is Prohibited

No Member may play on bd1tk on behalf of another person or using another person's funds. If this is proven, the relevant account and all linked accounts will be cancelled.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

bd1tk offers new Members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each Member may benefit from each promotion only once
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time (stacking is not allowed)
• bd1tk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time

5.3 VIP Program

bd1tk's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or device, or artificially fulfilling wagering requirements with low-risk bets — bd1tk may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Validity of Game Results

All games on the bd1tk platform are operated by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and others). Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are displayed in the game lobby. bd1tk reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game session, the server-side data for that game will be considered final. bd1tk is not responsible for losses caused by network issues. Please contact the support team if you experience a problem.

The following conditions apply specifically to sports betting:

• A bet cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been placed

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 bd1tk's Rights

bd1tk may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Providing incorrect or false information
• Evidence of underage use
• Evidence of fraud or bonus abuse
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
• Order from a court or regulatory authority

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. In that case, all eligible balances remaining in the account will be available for withdrawal, however bonus balances will be forfeited. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Guarantee

bd1tk relies on software from third-party game providers. bd1tk is not directly liable for any losses caused by technical issues from these providers, however bd1tk will contact the providers to resolve such issues promptly.

10.3 Limitation of Damages

In any circumstance, bd1tk's total liability will be limited to a maximum of the amount the member deposited with bd1tk in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident. bd1tk is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Terms Changes & Updates

11.2 Member Responsibility

11.3 Effect on Existing Transactions
